$63,500: The Price of Dinner with Alaska's Former Governor Sarah Palin

According to the NY Daily News, Cathy Maples is the lucky winner in the eBay bid for a dinner with Sarah Palin. (The ex-governor's husband Todd is also thrown in for good measure.)

The proceeds from the winning eBay bid will go to a wounded veterans' charity called Ride 2 Recovery. NY Daily News also reports that Maples is a "big advocate" of Sarah Palin and would "love to see her as President."

The woman paid over $65,000 for a dinner... Just sayin'.
